We invite all our members to use the Sun Coast APA Self-Study Library.
Please note that from time to time APA deletes older CDs from its list of approved AICP opportunities. To ensure that you will receive AICP credit, we advise you to check APA’s website prior to placing your order to ensure that the CD you are requesting is still credit worthy in APA’s opinion.

The cost to rent a CD is $8. This pays for postage and mailing supplies. When you receive the CD, you will have 2 weeks to return the CD, with the day of initial receipt of the CD counting as the first day. To ensure the CD is returned, a $5 late fee will be assessed the first week and $10 every week thereafter that the CD is delinquent. After four weeks, if the CD is not returned, you will be invoiced for the price of replacing the CD, less the late fees that have already been incurred. The CDs range in price from $70-95.
Please use PayPal as a secure payment method.Sun Coast APA will not receive your credit card information. The only information PayPal gives to Sun Coast APA is your name, address, and email. Sun Coast APA will not accept checks or cash to borrow from the Self-Study Library. We will only ship to addresses within our Section’s geographic area.
You may reserve as many CDs as you like but you may only receive one CD at a time. The length of the CD is indicated by the number of CM credits, such that 2 CM credits indicates it is a 2-hour program. As soon as the CD is available, an email will be sent to you alerting you that it has been shipped via Priority USPS mail. Included in the envelope will be a copy of the original CD, and a postage paid addressed return envelope. Also within the return envelope will be the option to return the CD using delivery confirmation. This is your option, however if the CD is lost in transit you will be assessed the fee for replacing the CD.
After you have completed the CD, to log CM credits, go to http://www.planning.org/cm/log/. Search for the appropriate webinar. Typically, they are named in the following fashion: APA Audio/Web Conference: Complete Streets. You will be asked to check the box: Through my ethical obligations, as governed by the AICP Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct, I verify that I attended this program in full.”
